Terms of the auction: The sale will start at 7 pm, Friday, Jan. 18th, 2008 at the Wade Hampton High School Tract and Field. There is plenty of room however, seating is limited, and you may want to bring a chair.

All items sell AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. All sales are final. We reserve the right to add or delete items prior to sale time and any announcements made the day of sale take precedence over previous printed or electronic matter. The auctioneer shall be the final judge in all-bidding disputes and shall name a bidder as the purchaser. The auction company shall not be held responsible for any "missed" bids or bids unseen by the auctioneer– make your bid known to auction personnel. All sales are final.

We accept cash, approved checks and Visa or MasterCard- a 3.5 % processing fee will be charged to credit card purchases. A 10% buyer's fee applies to all purchases. South Carolina sales tax will be charged on all purchases unless you have a resale number on file with the auction company prior to sale time.

Inspection Date: all prospective purchasers can inspect the items prior to the sale on Friday evening from 6 pm until the sale.

Registration: There is no obligation to bid, however all prospective buyers must register.
